There is lots taking place throughout Lake Almanor Area in November. The Holiday Shopping Tour takes place every November over veterans weekend followed with our Community Tree Lighting. Chester Merchant Open House is an annual activity that is facilitated through the Chester Progressive and Lassen Gift Company. It is a great opportunity to bring kids to talk to Santa and experience the shops around town. This activity has taken place for years and is truly a community experience.
