Positive Community Support
These are incredibly difficult times.
One consolation of this crisis is that we are all going through it together. Of course it doesn't feel like that as we are all forced to isolate and keep our distance from everyone. So we are going through this all alone, together.
Thanks to community volunteers we are now able to help bring an informal online and phone based support group to people in our community. This group is for talking, sharing, and trying to help each other discover the tools and techniques to deal with our fears, our anxieties, and our separation from one another.
We want to help foster and sustain the connections that normally keep us going. We want to offer connections to each other and a chance to talk and reconnect with our community. We want you to be able to share your thoughts and concerns in a positive and safe virtual space. We all want some normalcy returned and some connection to others, so this group can hopefully fill that gap we are all feeling, at least in a small way.
So join us, for some coffee and kindness. You'll have to bring your own coffee, but there will be plenty of kindness for everyone.
