2024 Grand Marshal Nominations Open
Join us in celebrating the spirit of independence and community as we open nominations for the Chester 4th of July Grand Marshal! This prestigious honor is bestowed upon an individual who exemplifies the values of patriotism, leadership, and service to our town. The Grand Marshal will lead our annual 4th of July parade and serve as a symbol of pride for our community.
Nominations are now open, and we invite all members of the Chester community to submit their recommendations for individuals who they believe embody the spirit of this special occasion. Whether it's a local veteran, a dedicated volunteer, or a respected community leader, we want to hear about those who have made a positive impact on our town.
The deadline for nominations is May 11th, 2024. All submissions will be reviewed by a selection committee, and the chosen Grand Marshal will be announced at the Chamber Golf Tournament at Bailey Creek. The selected individual will have the honor of leading our 4th of July parade and participating in various festivities throughout the day.
We encourage everyone to participate in this important tradition by submitting their nominations for the Chester 4th of July Grand Marshal. Let's come together to recognize and celebrate those who make our community great!

Nominations for the Parade Grand Marshal are accepted through May 11.
Entries must be turned in by May 11th to the Chamber office, 278 Main Street, Ayoob's or Lake Almanor Ace or mailed to PO Box 1198, Chester Ca 96020.
