What We Do
We provide financial assistance to local families in the Almanor Basin community (including Westwood and Greenville) who are affected by cancer through various means:
- Fundraiser Support
- Meal Delivery
- Grocery Delivery
- Rides for Cancer-Related Appointments
- Expenses for Overnight Stays
- Expenses for Transportation

Who We Are
The Lake Almanor Cancer Fund is a dedicated coalition of service-oriented members, each bringing a diverse set of skills and expertise to the table, all aimed at providing essential support for individuals facing cancer-related challenges.
Our mission is to ensure that those in our community who are affected by cancer receive the assistance they need in a reliable and professional manner.

Events
We currently host two fundraisers a year, where we partner wih two very generous businesses.
Each partner graciously hosts us for an entire day, where community members patronize the business with the opportunity to donate. In addition, a percentage of the days’ sales are donated to our organization.
